The initial description for the design on this site from the client was that she wanted it to have a "clean-classic-scrapbook" type feel to it. We were able to pull off this design in a relatively short span of time. One of the big pre-requisites for this project was that the client wanted to be able to manage the content on her own. This was accomplished by using a content management system that gives her full control of the content on the site.
